I think I have just about told everyone I know, but for those who aren’t yet aware… The steel has arrived at my house! Unfortunately it was packed quite badly and several edges are bent (but I can fix that) and the main annoying thing is that the numbers which identify each piece don’t appear to have been etched, meaning that I will need to spend about a day re-identifying each piece and figuring out which way up they face… GRRRR. But at least the steel profiles now exist with all slots and holes present and correct and assembly can begin once the Bartlett re-opens next week! Assembly will potentially be a bit of a headache, but I’m pretty excited and confident that it’s going to look/sound ace if all goes well! Fingers crossed… But for now back to the thesis and happy easter!
